At a time where you are already down and distressed she took care of absolutely everything, down to the finest details. While nobody wants to go through this, most of us do at one time or another. Carl ** was very nice to work with, He came once and we asked him to come back another day as we wanted to talk about cost and process. Carl came back a week later and we closed the deal. The real test will be when there is a death and one of us will see if the plan lives up to its claims. We liked the price and payment plan. We are dealing with funeral arrangement now with a family member and we don't want our survivors to have to deal with the cost and hassle.

When my brother passed away, the Arrowhead Hospital gave us a list of cremation centers where we can take the body. The people and this company are amazing! The level of professionalism is wonderful. They were prompt and sensitive and completed everything on time at the price quoted. This is a no frills service and a low cost provider but nothing is lacking here at all. I highly recommend this company. Every detail was taken care of and I was informed all the way through. I had the unfortunate need today of trying to find a cremation service for my best friend. She passed away from Covid 19 and was only 73. I can tell you now Covid 19 is not a hoax. The service provided here was excellent beyond all expectations. It truly took the weight of making arrangements off my shoulders. The service from all the staff was more thoughtful, considerate, and truly compassionate than I had anticipated. Making the arrangements was taken care of within a phone call and an email. I received phone calls for status updates and also to check on my well-being. Truly wonderful people work there. Hopefully not for a long time, but should I require such services again, I will absolutely return.

Great experience during a tough time. 99% of my interaction with Randy was over the phone and via email, despite being from Riverside I was an hour away and our phone conversations and emails made everything work smoothly. People grieve in different ways, all the way from somber grief to celebration of the life of a loved one. Randy seems to understand that and picks up just how the grieving party is handling it. The family decided to have him cremated, so I contacted National Cremation in the Clearwater office. My dad passed in 2001 and my mom and I elected to call National Cremation to handle his cremation. Within weeks mom prearranged her cremation. Nobody gets out alive, as they say, and in June we had to call National to take care of her needs. When dealing with a family member's death, the last thing you want to deal with is difficult decisions. However, the National Cremation Society was extremely kind, helpful, calm and compassionate. Dena was professional and wonderful and helped guide me through the process. I would highly suggest using their services. It is a kindness to your family members to leave them in the very capable hands of the NCS.

All the staff at National cremation were kind, compassionate and helpful. Able to answer all my questions during a difficult time and even able to assist with the purchase of prepaid cremation for the spouse. Dena handled all needs and followed up with every detail. Prices for additional items were better than able to find elsewhere. Have dealt with this location on many occasions and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

My parent had a contract with National Cremation and we use those contract. I was very pleased with Lisa. She was very empathetic, very professional, and thorough in her job. I like the convenience of the preplanned service. It also saved some money in the long run. I would certainly recommend National Cremation to anybody. The facility in Largo, Florida could use some updating and some thorough cleaning, which I told the director that I worked with. It was not as clean as I would have liked. When I met with Matthew Brown to complete paperwork on her behalf, he was kind and caring and helped me organize a burial for her in the National Cemetery at Bay Pines. After my husband passed away I was not in the right state of mind for dealing with a funeral organization, the first place I went, tried to get as much money out of me as they could. Terri did an excellent job of comforting during this stressful time. Even though we had pre-arranged our cremation when you get to finalizing it you still have stress. Terri was very compassionate with assisting through this process and also made me aware of items that were not previously known. She really helped make this as easy as possible and it really was like discussing this with a friend.

Terri helped plan our service for my Mother. Her plans were pre-arranged but needed to finalize details. Terri was very helpful and accommodating and even went above and beyond finding the urn. The one that was pre-paid by my Dad (he passed 11 years ago) wasn't available anymore but Terri made some phone calls and did find one somewhere in a warehouse for us so Mom & Dad has matching urns thanks to Terri. We were very pleased.

I was very happy with all the help and service provided by Terry. She was very patient and understanding and helped me arrange everything for my husband's cremation. She also explained how everything would work and promptly answered all my phone calls. I was very satisfied.

My father-in-law passed away suddenly. We were in shock and I had never had to handle a situation like this personally before. I found a card in his wallet for National Cremation> My mother-in-law said everything had been pre-arranged for both of them. It was a Sunday morning and I had to contact them. They were extremely helpful. They literally said they will take care of everything and they did. Joshua Shook set up an appointment with us, he was very thorough explaining everything, kept us informed when each step was completed and we felt he really cared about us.

My mom prearranged her cremation with National Cremation Society. Upon her death, I called National Cremation in Port Charlotte, FL. Richelle answered. Super nice. She had me talk with Stacey with whom I made an appointment to go over what had to be done and to sign documents. Stacey was very caring and helped us with the process of sending my mother's remains to a cemetery in New York State. She made a difficult time a little easier.

I must say that I was initially skeptical when my elderly parents presented my sister and me with the National Cremation Society package. Gloria was wonderful. I contacted NC prior to my father's death. I had never needed to make arrangements for a loved one or anyone else before. Gloria was gentle and thorough and explained everything. She coordinated with the hospice team. I was grateful for all her help and kind words. Meeting Gloria in person only confirmed my instincts that this was where I wanted my father to be cremated. She did not rush me through the paperwork; she again was gentle but thorough. Recently I was called upon to handle the affairs of a longtime friend. Luckily, my friend had made arrangements beforehand, but there were still some details to work out. Julie Smith made herself available and was willing to help me with each decision. We received great assistance from Catherine Rawdin from the Ruskin office. She helped my brother and me with the loss of our Mom which was devastating to us. We met with her on Christmas Eve and she helped us with the paperwork, answered our questions and offered advice. She was always there for us and kept us updated throughout the entire process no matter what day or time. Catherine's compassion was from her heart. Our family appreciates everything that was done for us by Catherine and the entire staff.

Katherine was professional, compassionate and helpful in my decisions on taking care of my mother's final wishes. No high pressure at a sad time just thorough in making me aware of my options. Final steps were handled in a timely fashion and our last visit was like talking with a friend that cared about how our family was doing.

My parents bought a plan with National Cremation and my mother dealt with them when my father passed away 15 years ago. They were very helpful with my father’s burial as well as with my mother’s. When she was ill, I talked to Cindy, the gal in the office, who answered the phone. Indira, the agent, was outstanding and the information she gave me was very clear. If I made mistakes on some forms, she would notify me and send me the correct things to fill out. The experience with them was wonderful and they were great.

Let"s face it, our dealings with Catherine Rawdin, of the National Cremation and Burial Society, was not during the happiest time of our lives. It was after the passing of our ninety one-year-old Mom, who arranged her own Cremation many years ago. Catherine made our ordeal surprisingly pain free being the kind and compassionate person that she is. Her thirty years plus in her line of work makes her really good at her job. We would highly recommend the National Cremation and Burial Society to anyone in their time of dire need.

I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Catherine to help me through the process and arrangements for my father in law. National Cremation Service picked up the body, performed the cremation and made the arrangements to have the body delivered to the cemetery in New York State.
